Classical Ballet
The foundation of dance, this beautiful, relaxing, yet technically challenging discipline is the grounding for any aspiring dancer. Our ballet
classes are disciplined and work toward examinations with the B.T.D.A, registered with the Council for Dance Education and Training,
this means that the qualifications are also recognised by the QCA at GCSE and A Level.
We also offer an introduction to ballet for the late starter. Private lessons for styling and Pointe work are available by selection.
Boys Only Ballet
These classes are strictly for boys only. The boy’s classes works on strength and flexibility. The classes are excellent to help with stamina,
coordination, flexibility and spacing to support other sporting activities. Boys are welcome and do also attend any of our other regular
classes.

'The Garden Show' 2008
September's Ballet Show was a tremendous success with 250 of Stageworks' Ballet School students taking to the stage to perform in
their garden themed show. Dancers were aged 3 upwards with smiles all round from both dancers and their exceptionally supportive
audience. From Butterflies to Buzzyy Bees, a Winter Frost to the Spring Melt, from Roses to Garden Gnomes the Ballet dancers of
Stageworks told their story of seasons, animals and garden life.
